No matter the season, jeans is a staple in my wardrobe and I am sure I share that with pretty much all of you. I mean who doesn’t love their versatility and how easy they are to style. This outfit combines two of my favorite winter styles; jeans and sweaters.

On an everyday basis, I like to keep my outfits casual and I usually just spice it up with heels and a bold lip. As you may have noticed I rarely go without lipstick, why? Because it make me feel girly and fabulous.

During colder seasons, big cuddly sweaters becomes my best friend and this baby pink reminds me of a candy floss, I’ve had it for years and I don’t think I’ll get rid of it before it falls apart. I think these jeans gave the perfect edge to this girly sweater. What do you think?

Hope you all had a great new year’s eve and are as excited about 2016 as I am. The beginning of a new year is always so special, I love how people always strive to be and do better, if only it was like this all year round.

This outfit was one of my last ones from 2015 and you might as well know- I am a little obsessed with camel.  And don’t worry I wore thick tights under, they just didn’t look great on pictures. I am not a fan of tights, but I wear them a lot since I love to wear skirts and dresses so my little goal this year is to find cute ones so I don’t have to freeze my ass of every time I shoot.

Personally, I don’t think you can go wrong with camel hues, regardless of your age, colour or size it is a classic and timeless colour that add a constant chicness and who doesn’t want that? I absolutely adore this shade especially accessorized with gold accents it gives a luxe and dashing feel that my heart cannot resist.

Are you a big fan of camel shades?

How to style white pumps?

Jacket, Second hand// Turtleneck, Second hand// Jeans, Dr. denim// Pumps, H&M

I’ve had a thing for white pumps for years and been looking for the perfect everyday pair and think I’ve finally found them. This outfit was built around them and although it’s wintertime, I think white pumps look great with this sweater and jacket! They instantly add a little more ‘wow’ factor to an otherwise plain outfit. Well this is my take on how to style white pumps and I feel like it turned out alright for a casual everyday look.

How do you think it turned out?

Its-a-good-week

I am not a big fan of Monday but rather than dwelling on it I like to see it as a “new” beginning and I like to kick it off great because it pretty much sets the tone for the rest of the week. I am a firm believer and exerciser of positive thinking and gratitude and strongly believe that although everyday may not be good, there is always something good in every day. The best way for me to kick off a great day is by waking up early, going to the gym and enjoying a good healthy breakfast while watching an episode of friends. This little morning routine gives me a sense of accomplishment and puts a smile on my face, which is a perfect way to start my day.

Wishing you all a great Monday and an awesome week!

Is gender specific clothing on its way out?

Maybe not- but there is no doubt that androgyny is in and traditional gender lines are slowly fading away.

What I admire most about this trend or should I call it a movement is how it is pushing boundaries between fashion, sexuality and gender, inspiring political debate and making us talk and question big issues such as feminism, sexuality and the way we perceive beauty.

I am definitely a fan of the blurred lines. More times, than I can count, I have been caught stealing my brothers and boyfriends clothes to their annoyance. However, as much as I love and understand that fashion is an art and a way for people to express themselves, I wonder how I would actually feel if my boyfriend wore lace shirts, silk blouses and skirts!

I salute the people who have the “je ne sais quoi” to pull it off and would love to hear your thoughts on this gender fluidity?
